Question:

Fash wash for oily / darken uneven skin tone ?

The area around my nostrils is a darker colour. I am guessing this is because of my nose generally being more oily compared to other areas of my face.

I need a fash wash that can deal with oily skin so it can even out my skin tone around my nose.

I thought about using a mild chemical face peel (suggest?)

Or a Salicylic Acid face wash (2%) - which should be used daily right?

  1. slicylic acid complete dries out your face and makes your skin peel. I suggest using the neutrogena wave with a foaming cleanser. The wave penetrates deep taking out much of the oil and dirt in your face. Another great product to use from Neutrogena are the shine-control blotting sheets. You can take them anywhere and they take out much of the shine/oil. Here is the link: http://www.neutrogena.com/ProductsDetail...

They are really cheap too. Also try the neutrogena website. There are many products that you can use. As you might see, I have put a lot of trust in Neutrogena. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

  2. I'm all about evening out skin tones and I have an oily face too, so here are some products I'd recommend:

    - Ambi: They have a line of products that are specially designed to treat uneven skin tones. They have facial cleansers/scrubs/suncreen/lotion, etc.

    - Black Opal: Pretty much the same as Ambi. They also have a make-up line.

Neutrogena has a night cream that evens out skin tone.

Aveeno has products that also evens out skin tone.

Basically anything that evens out skin tone should work. =]
