magazine editors basically run everything. They determine the spread, the articles, who is going to be featured and everything in between. To become an editor like every career you need to start from the bottom. Try taking courses tied to journalism and the subject of magazine you would like to get into...be it fashion, photography, vehicles....

Editors know just about everything the magazine features to it's readers. From armadillos to Xylophones... you need to work hard and keep learning
