Fast ACT question!?

im accostumed to the AP mode, so in the ACT writing essay, can ou address ourself? as in "I believe this topic blahblahblah because I have blahblahblah" or does it have to be in third person constantly?

  1. yea, i think you can write in first person. i'm looking at my Kaplan's ACT book, and they offer strategies and sample essays which are written in first person. this is what the book says, so don't take my word for it, but i don't see why it should be restricted to third person. hope this helps.
