  1. 1. well i used to work at Culver's Restaurant for just under 4 years.

    2. i would work 40 + hours...anywhere from 7:30am - 11:00pm. after 3 years i should have had 7 days paid vacation. worked most weekends

    3. my job was to run the store. usually the kitchen crew. other than making sure my crew was running smoothly i made sure customers were happy and we were serving quality food.

    4. i had a great job. a good crew to work with, but it was not a career for me. a good place with great people and i would recomend it for others to work.

    5. the is something i should not share with people

    6. we were known for being very clean. i would rate it as being a 9 or 10....we had a great crew who kept the place nice

    7. usually with your newer people, i had a guy once pick the raw chicken up with his bear hands. but that was taken care of right then to make sure nothing else was touched.

    8. i have never been asked by an employer to do something that was wrong. the owners and managers have great morals and would not ask of such things.

    9. i have never felt unsafe while working. with the greese from cooking the floors would get slippery but with my non-slip shoes i used that to my advantage.

    10. i have learned about customer service, leadership, handleing of food, and many other skills

    11. well when i started i was at the bottom of the food chain. at first i was thinking it would just be a summer job between school, but then it became a fulltime position and i was able to move up through the ranks to the 2nd assistant manager before leaving. my leaving however, was to pursue another career option.

    12. in the long run i would not change anything about my job there.

    13. i ate there all the time. actually since leaving the store i have not ate it since, but i really miss the frozen custard and butter burgers. regular ice cream just doesnt compair to the rich and creamy custard.
