How much faster should the cars in the fast lane be going?

  1. AS fast as they want up to the speed limit, and NO more.


  2. There really is no "fast lane". The speed is the posted speed, you can't just tell the cop "oh, I was in the fast lane, so its okay"

  3. Fast enough that you aren't holding up two lanes of traffic!
