Ok I have never actaully been a "runner" but now I just made high school cheerleading and on our first practice I know that we have to run only like a mile. I want to be able to run this without like stopping or walking, and i also want to run it pretty fast.Can I have some tips on how to be a faster runner?And if I run everyday will that improve my time and speed? If so how long should I run everyday? thanks♥
