Fast food everyday for lunch gain weight?

Will going to burger king everyday for lunch and having a bacon whopper burger and chips and Pepsi let me gain weight regardless that i eat a small breakfast and small dinner?

    If you really want to gain weight, try eating a large pizza every day right before you go to bed. That'll do the trick.

  8. It may or may not depending on your metabolism. One thing is for sure , your arteries will clog up, you may develop diabetes , and cancer by eating meats saturates with fats and Mono Sodium Glutamate.

    Eat healthy, eat more complex Carbs, cook at home

  9. This is a very unhealthy way to gain weight. (also costly).  If you are trying to gain weight then see a nutritionist or search the net for healthy weight gain diets.  Fast food should be a treat, not part of a daily diet.

    Keep eating your breakfast, even if it is a small one, as breakfast helps kick-start your daily metabolism.

    Between the years of 1999 and 2004, I ate Fast Food every day and sometimes twice a day.  I did not gain any weight, but I was active.  Then in 2004, I changed my ways and quit eating Fast Food.  I started gaining weight but some of it had to do with being less active.  

    I really don't see the connection between Fast Foods and Weight Gain.  A burger is a burger is a burger whether it is cooked by THEM or cooked by YOU.   That's what I think.

  17. It depends on your daily calorie intake PRIOR to beginning this (very unhealthy) daily routine of yours. For instance, a woman lost weight by eating McDonald's for every meal of every day because those calories added up to 2500 per day and before that she was consuming 6000 calories per day.

    And by the way, this type of eating will cause your metabolism to drop way down, which makes your normal daily fat burn much, much slower.

  18. It depends on your metabolism.  Some people can eat anything they want and not gain a pound!  However, if you're eating that much fast food it shouldn't be your weight you're worried about.  It should be your heart and the rest of your body!
