  1. IF I have to eat Fast Food for lunch I almost always pick SUBWAY (EAT FRESH!)  Because it is a more healthy alternative then the greasy food they serve at burger joints and is fairly inexpensive and I can get full off less food there.

My favorites are the Subway Club (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef) or the Tuna Salad Sandwiches.

  2. mc donalds filet a fish or just chitp or a cola

  3. Pizza hut's buffet

    yum yum yum (:

  4. Chick-Fila get a grilled chicken sandwich or a grilled chicken wrap

  5. i would go to mcDonalds and order a ranch crispy snack wrap with a sprite.that is heathly for you.

  6. I assume you are wanting to know so you can avoid unhealthy food.

Find a Deli and check the menu for the healthiest choices (they are usually marked).  And drink your meal with water.  Water is probably the healthiest liquid you can drink.

  7. Depends on my mood

Wendys- Grilled chicken sandwich (plain, it is so good you don't need anything on it), fries (sometimes a side salad or baked potato)

Chick-fil-a-Chicken caesar salad wrap (especially on a hot day because it's cold), fries

Subway-really depends on mood, but usually I go there if it's really hot out and get a cold sub
