Fast food horror stories?

Personally, I think it's funny how bad customer service is at these places. I think the worst is mcdonalds. Which one do you hate the worst and if you have one please list your horror story!

One time at McDonald's I had finished my drink and just had ice left in the cup. My husband pulled off the lid to get some of the ice out and there was a drowned cockroach laying on top. He took it up to the manager and asked if they had lost their pet.

okay so my dad is from africa so he has a really heavy accent and so did the person we were ordering from, and they thought we said "no bun or meat" when we were ordering, so they gave us lettuce, package of katsup and mayo, and some other c**p

not even kidding.

I don't think McDonald's is usually the worst, but you will hear the most stories about them because they out number all the rest...

I 've got a story for you though. I use to manage a McDonald's aka McHell!  and on one Halloween night are nugget vat apparently was not working and no one realized it and we were handing out raw nugget happy meals. Oh that was disgusting, unfortunately some kid started eating it before their mom realized it and ohh she was pissed...rightfully so. Luckily as far as I know no one got ill but still.

there this food place near my house called "Kabab King" its an indain place. Theres madd flys there and you get diahria after eating their foods.

I have a few:

in like 2 or 3 grade i was eating the schools chilli and something hard was in my mouth and it was a finger nail ---this happen to me twice in one years--wats the cahnce of that ever happening.

I was at a wendy's by my house and the lady working there was gross.

She had a moustash.  Her makeup look like it was done my a 2 year old, she was very unsanitary.

While i was w/ my firends there, they all ordered.  I didnt order anything bc i didnt no wat i wanted yet...so we go sit down , im looking at the menu and i see the moustash lady pick her noise like three times while givin a coustermer there food.

One time i was a taco bell.

We went bc my firend nvr had it before. so we go order like a crunchwrapp supreme and i took like twobites and i found a black hair. i went to the register and told them and i wanted my money back.they gave me my 2 $ back and we left

Haha these are funny stories. Well anyway I work at burger king and a guy on the speaker in drive thru was being a jerk so i dipped his burger in Jalepeno juice cause we had the texas whopper at the time and I also licked his burger lol I'm mean. Also I was working cash and a son mom dad came in and the son was like in his late 20's and the mom and dad were old and the son had a lot of facial hair and yet the mom had a thicker mustache then him I couldn't help but be disgusted. Also I went to a chinese restaurant and it looked like someone took a dump all over the room but the food was good though. Also I don't try to be a jerk I just have trouble with foreign people as I can't understand what they say so I eventually s***w up their order or they always ask for their bill and look at it to point out an error even if it isn't there I mean how cheap are you for not even a dollar but a few cents. We make your food fast and maybe not hot because we are in a hurry. Also my hair was near bald and I was making food and a women came back with her whopper and said there was a hair in it and I looked at it and it was longer then mine and I was pissed because it was obviously her doing so customers are jerks sometimes too.

Jack in the Box...they have Horrible food and worse customer service skills...I waited in the drive through NO JOKE for 15 minutes. When I finally spoke with the person at the window I explained to him that there are faster ways to kills cows. His response..."were under staffed" well whats new

Ok so when i was a gymnast, some girls walked across the street to get some ice for there ankles. They got a trash can filled with ice. They went to return the trash can and rite before they left, one of the girls saw the woman dump the ankle ice back with the drink ice! Ewwwwwww

i don't hate wendys or anything but this past winter i got a small fry and was eating them. i wasn''t looking well eating them because i was talking to my 2 friends. well i went to look when i grabbed into the bag after eating them for a while and i found a piece of scotch tape with black crum things. i threw the rest away and lsot my appetite and havn't eaten at wendys since.

I went to McDonalds and was waiting in line, and I saw a worker take a drink out to a person waiting in there car outside, and before she took it out there she sucked the soda off the top of it and handed it to them..I was like OMG, then called the health dept.

We were also at Burger King once and my sister had a whole row of staples cooked into her hamburger.

And this one tops them all....we were at a mom and pop kind of fast food place, and I ordered grilled chicken. When they brought the chicken to my table it was like a whole chicken, you know like a broaster one. Well anyway, I cut into it and ALL the insides were still in there!!!! GROSS. I threw up and complained to the manager and he said since they use their own fresh chicken they must have forgotten to clean it out.

i was at mcdonalds for breakfast a few months ago when the mcskillet burrito first came out.  i got about four bites into it, and bit down on something very hard that obviously shouldn't have been in there.  I took it out of my mouth and it was the little plastic thing they tie bread bags closed with.

OMG i was at taco bell one time, and it took forever to get our food, so they gave us free cinnamon twists for our "wait" well anyways i ate my food, but we were in a hurry to leave, so i had to take the cinnamon twists with me and eat them on the way home....i get in the car and go mmmmm these cinnamon twists taste delicious (haha) and i eat like half the bag until i see something black and about the size of a quarter, the first thing that went through my mind was that it was a REALLY burnt one, but i looked at the thing and it had little pinchers and legs....there was a dod gamn cockroach in my fother mucking cinnamon twists, anyways i threw them out the window and barfed all over the car, and i have never been to that taco bell since

Once i was at a Subway and the Employee was disgusting. The guy in front of me said he wanted a sandwich with everything on it. The lady the worked there said " No way!"

So the customer threatened to sue for 'false advertising' because it's " There's no such thing as no." So they got in a huge argument.

The guy started swearing, So the manager came out. He was disgusting too

So he left, along with everyone else.

Here's another one, at McDonalds

I ordered a hamburger, and only a hamburger. The guy behind and his family ordered 3 Bigmac's, 3 drinks, 2 apple pies, one cone, and Large fries.

They got their food first...So did the next family... and the next, So I was like, DUDE?!

So I finally got my hamburger, It's too bad they forgot everything exept the bun and the burger...

So i went to the local swimming pool with some friends, we all got nachos and cheese and they got perfect chips and nice cheese and then the lady gives me some that looks like she just crushed them up in her hand, There was 4 WHOLE chips! the cheese was cold and it looked horrible, so i took it back and she said "Well do you want another one!" Real snotty and she gave me a new one and spilled it all over me, Then she wouldn't give me a new one unless i paid because she said "I was clumsy" i was so mad.

Ha when i was vacationing in miami we watched the news and some Hardees there put dead rats in someones chicken fillet sandwhich. It was maybe 5 years ago.
