All 3 known for high levels of MSG - interesting you pick those 3.  Might want to consider Wendys's where you can stay MSG free while also enjoying the low cost and no trans-fat use.  Check out http://peta.com and you will never eat at KFC again.

Definately not mcDonalds because my cousins friend works in one of the mcDonalds and he told my cousin not to go there because the young workers there spit in the burgers and everything.

so basically some of the wokers sabatage your food.

Depends what kind of taste you have in food. I recommend KFC though, you get value for your money.

Its hydrogenated fat you need to avoid ask in the fast food establishments if they cook with it .

McDonalds truely uses timers on all of their items. An alarm beep lets the crew member know when the expired food needs to be discarded.
