Subway of course.  Less calories, more choices, better quality and more flavor.

I do not like McDonald or Burger King anyway.  After eating burgers at our local burger hut (Crow's) and Fuddruckers, I can't eat their crappy burgers anymore.  Never liked them much to start with.  Taco Bell is okay, but the quality of meat is low.
