Fast foods in london?

ok so im going to london for christmas then i need to know the amount or at least the smallest amount of food in any fast food :) please thanks

I just heard there is a less salt in McDonald's in Europe. I would bet all of the fast food over there is more healthy in Europe. Seems like the corporations would rather stick US citizens with higher prices and lower quality on what we consume...from fast food to meds, and of course...those great "made in China" toys.

The best fast food in London is fish and chips or a Scotch egg.  But nowadays, they have Chinese and others-- Italian and Spanish, etc. --cuisines that were never there before.  Read a guidebook or to to google to figure out where to find what you want.
