Fast mile time?

for a 14 year old girl with no training is a 6:24 mile time considered good?

  4. Yeah, I run about a 7 minute time, but when I was in the best shape during school I was running 6 minute miles.

  5. Yes, keep up the work if you want to eventually run a sub 5 minutes mile ( an insane high school time ).
