Fast weight loss!!!!!!!?

I need to loose aproxmately 0.7kg's in 6 days... Can someone tell me a method on how i can succesfully do this, in order to weigh into a boxing match? And yes..i successfully weighed in a week ago...and have got up... i weight 46.7kg and need to be 46kg or under. Thanks

  1. You should do my all day work, then you would lose this weight in just 3days... no, just kidding.

    Well, 0,7 kg is a lot of stuff for 6 days. I would suggest, you should fight in the higher weight class this time, because such a rapid weight loss is possible, but also will result in a massive loss of ability to fight. A boxer in my club did something similar and did horribly in his fight. Try to reduce your weight over time, or maybe even gain some weight (I'm sure you are yet to grow).


  2. that would not be a good idea. weight loss is something which should be done over an extended period of time. Don't try to force yourself to lose weight that fast b/c it will take away from your stamina and strength. to lose weight stop eating all breads, pastas, grains (except for health grains such as brown rice and steal cut oatmeal), and refined sugers. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegitables, no saturated fats, and only leans meats such as free range organic chicken. Also only drink water once it is 6 o'clock.
