  1. there are no fast way to enter the US,

you obviously did not have good proof to convince the US officer, that indeed you go go back to your country after the expiration of your visa....fake documents will not help you either....

your family, could try to file for you?

    Petition for Alien Relative:

    Purpose of Form :

For citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States to establish the relationship to certain alien relatives who wish to immigrate to the United States. Note: A separate form must be filed for each eligible relative. USCIS processes Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, as a visa number becomes available. Filing and approval of an I-130 is only the first step in helping a relative immigrate to the United States. Eligible family members must wait until there is a visa number available before they can apply for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to a lawful permanent resident.

  2. You are single and not married and when your family got their greencard 3 years back, it was also the time you got your B1/B2 visa. How was you family able to migrate without you? Why were you left behind? A family is processed together.

If your visa was cancelled due to fake documents, you will have been blacklisted for doing so. If this is false, you should have appealed to clear your name.

Ask your family in the US for the best course of action as your petition should have been made together with them.**

  3. you should come to Norway, we do it better ;-)
