Fastest dial-up internet!?/Or cheapest high speed internet!?......ASAP ?

Ok so i have high speed internet, but my mom said its too pricey, which i oppose!!! its only $29.99!!!!

Anyways, it has to be cancel by tommorow!!!

I need to get cheaper internet, which i think will be dial up.....if u know high speed internet that is below $20 please tell me!?!?

BTW i live in WA

people pc starts at like 5 bucks a month then goes to 10 after 3 months. its dial up but its pretty good
