Fastest diet to lose 20lbs? (Dont say dont eat cause it doesnt work!)?

I dont care if its unhealthy, I want a way you or someone you know lost 20lbs the quickest. Kay?

Only diet control can never lose such amount of weight & on the contrary more diet restriction may harm you.Change in lifestyle, eating habits, and some exercises/ yoga are the best way to lose weight. First of all you do ten sun solutions and there after lye down on floor or hard bed and make zero by rotating your both the legs in clock wise and anti-clockwise direction and do Urdhvahastottanasana Ek Pad Utanasana and Pawan mukta asanas. You will definitely get success but not up to the extent you desire.   2. well i lost the most weight[somewhat unhealthily] by only eating 850 calories a day and going to the gym daily.

    this is what my menu held for a day

    breakfast: grapefruit

    lunch: a big plate of salad

    dinner: a non-fat yogurt

    whevener i got hungry [and it wasnt time for a meal], i ate an apple, plum, or peach.

  4. I do the 'Fat Smash' diet which is a book from The 'Celebrity Fit Club', off of t.v.

    I picked the book up at my local library, I love that it is very simple and basically has healthy eating guidelines and exercise. Personally I love it and the first "Phase" is only 9 days... so if you would like to try it at least give Phase1 a chance!

    PHASE 1:

    PER DAY YOU CAN HAVE:

    2cups brown rice

    Yogurt (2 -6 oz)

    1 cup Oats

    Fruit

    Vegetables except avocado and only 2 pickles per day

    No potatoes except sweet potatoes

    3 egg whites and 1 whole egg

    also you can have 3 cups air popped popcorn no butter

    Basically you can eat all the veggies and fruit you want, this is for the first 9 days... I lost 10lbs in 9 days! Seriously I've tried a lot of diets, it's great! You can't look at the scale until day 9, very important. In the first month I lost 21 lbs of doing the Fat Smash diet and wasn't even starving at all! Plus make sure you get lots of water. It made me feel GREAT and I did see a difference. So like I was saying you can eat all you want of the "allowed" items but he does say don't over eat. When you feel full quit eating.

    Here was my first 4 day menu on Phase 1 =)

    Day1:

    BF:Oatmeal (I did use instant w/water added)

    S:2 Tangerines & 1 Pickle

    L:Split Pea Soup

    D:Boca Burger w/ketchup & mustard (no bread)

    Broccolli w/lemon pepper (steamed)

    Day 2:

    BF: Oatmeal w/blueberries

    S: 2 Tangerines & Banana

    L: Sweet Potato Fries (cut fry style and baked)

    D: Can of Corn & carrots

    S: Grapes

    Day 3:

    BF: 4 Egg Whites w/salsa, bell pepper & onion (omelet)

    S: Frozen Grapes

    L: 1/2 can Split Pea Soup, 1 Apple

    S: Apple

    D: other 1/2 can Split Pea Soup & Carrots

    S: Banana

    Day 4:

    BF: Apple Bake (sliced apple, splenda, cinnamon, 0cal butter spray & oats on top-- baked)

    S: Grapes

    L: Boca Burger Patti & Sweet Potato Fries (1/2 sweet potato)

    S: Carrots & 1 Tangerine

    D: BOca Burger Patti, grilled Onions & Tbsp Steak sauce

    you get fat from food, if you dont eat, how the h**l do you get fat??maybe you eat air and get blobbed?

  6. Eat less, exercise more. At least 1,200 calories a day, healthy food, no simple carbs/junk food. 30-60 minutes of cardio at least 3-4 times a week.

  7. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

Look up HIIT on the internet which is a form of high intensity interval training which emphasizes burning fat.  You also need some muscle tone since muscle requires lots of calories.  Don't worry, as a woman, you don't have the hormones to look like the Terminator.   I notice i burn calories fastest when I have muscle and incorporate HIIT.  if HIIT is too much for you, then simple cardio.  Just remember don't do diet alone.  You need to exercise.

  9. You're absolutely right.  Not eating doesn't work.  Your body goes into starvation mode when deprived of calories and it becomes more efficient, so you burn fewer calories.

    Losing weight fast is entirely possible.  However, when you lose weight too quickly, you will lose muscle tissue.  Lean muscle is the kind of body tissue that burns calories.  So, it's foolish to lose lean muscle tissue on purpose.  

    Sorry, but the best way to lose weight is to embark on a healthy eating plan, which is DIFFERENT from a "diet" that is temporary.  This is the way you need to eat from now on.  If you are NOTgoing to be committed to your own long term health, then seriously, don't bother trying to lose weight... If you go ahead and lose weight fast, you will gain it back as soon as you start eating "normally" again.  It cracks me up, people thinking they can eat "normally" which means eating whatever you want.  NO ONE can do that (except maybe people like my husband who have extremely fast metabolisms...he is 54 and is basically the same weight he's been the past 30 or so years...but he is definitely an exception).  If you want a skinny healthy body, you must work for it.

    Don't neglect exercise.  Most people do cardio exercise, which is very good, but they neglect strength training.  Strength training is crucial if you want o develop lean muscle.  

    Sorry that I didn't tell you what you wanted to hear.  I refuse to tell people to be foolish and unhealthy.
