Fastest way to decrease swelling after getting wisdom teeth removed???

I got my wisdom teeth removed 4 days ago. All of them were impacted. School starts tomorrow and my face is ALMOST back to normal but is still swollen enough to be noticeable! What's the fastest way to shrink it back to how it usually is?

Nothing really speeds up the process, other than ice. Its something that has to go away on its own. So dont worry you wont look like a chipmonk for long, at least i didnt. And just keep taking your meds, so you wont have a chance to be in any pain.

The only thing right now that will help is time. Ice only helps the first 24 hours. after that, it just takes time to reduce the swelling.Wish I had something that could help...
