Fastest way to fix sore muscles?

cheerleading practice killed me. and i need to do it again tomorrow, and if i don't do everything right it won't be good because i fly. lol. it's mainly upper body. like my arms, shoulders and back. but also my shins. how do i fix it?

  1. Cant you wear like a shin support? matching ones.

    I think that deep heat is fantastic. You could ask someone to gently massage it for you also.

    Eat food that is high in protein like eggs, milk, spinach, soybean, quinoa, meat, fish, whole grains, rice, beans, legumes, corn, oats, peas and peanut butter are good sources of high protein foods. So egg and soilders for breakfast with a big glass of milk and peanut butter sandwhiches for lunch lol.


  2. epson salt bath should help, also protein to help repair any damaged muscles.

  4. A hour long massage, muscles tighten due to stress and anxiety. Drink lots of water and get a buddy to massage you, get a good nights sleep atleast 5 hours and you will be fine tomorrow. PS. drink the water before you massage!

  5. What you have is called DOMS, Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.

    The best way to counter this is to do something that works those muscles again, like do some cheerleading. The only way to get over the pain is to carry on.

    Protien will help muscles repair also but protein won't have the same effect now as it would of if you would of had lots of protien immediately after.
