  11. other than using steroids, you could try to exercise your muscles by doing different types of strength exercises or weights. Depending on where you want the muscle gain, search for an exercise that works those muscles. To increase the amount of muscle, get a higher amount of protein intake, such as protein shakes.

George, please do your kidneys, bones - heck, body in general, a favor and stay away from all those "health food store" products that claim to build muscle fast.  Most involve amounts of proteins literally unsafe for a human to consume - it's unnatural to protein load. You will pay the price at the register, AND in harm you do to your body.

    Watch an old Johnny Weismueller (Tarzan) film and you will see a world class athlete - many world swimming records, undefeated.  You will not see a hulk of bulging muscles.  His body was not designed to be that way - perhaps neither was yours. You are good enough like you are!!

    Be natural.  Be healthy.  Live long and prosper.

  14. Well certain foods in a meal are supposed to enable muscle building. like 1 fruit 1 veggie 1 protein 1 starch and 1 milk then snack on fruits and veggies and eat good protein bars. I got some today and i tried one they are soo good it has white yogurt on the outside and strawberry's and granola on the inside it's the brand zone or something and i got them at target. Then workout. And drink the powder that goes in drinks thats supposed to help you build muscle like john tucker in john tucker must die. :D haha

  15. Steroids is the fastest. I also heard eating lots of bananas before work-outs will increase your gain by 3X.

  16. Eat tons of protein and work out all major muscle areas as hard as you safely can, allowing a day in between workouts.

    Lean proteins such as lean meats, chicken, turkey, etc.

    Dedication and some rest in between workouts will work best always


  17. without steroids? there's no way. I'm afraid you need to put in the time. just lift heavier weights and do less repetitions. when you lift, lift until you can't do anymore reps. your muscles will tear and get stronger. let them rest at least 2 days before lifting again. also eat right. enough said.
