Fastest way to get a 6 pack abs?

Well I have seen many videos and routines and everyone says that it works, but Id like to know ur point of view on how to get a six pack abs. Because some claim it works, while others dont.

Just want to know what works for who.

  2. how i got my abs was working out hard.

    when i was 12,13 i was doing sit ups and lots of cardio.

    as i started finding other workouts i did them, bicep curls,pushups,dips,tricep dips.

    soon i was doing crunches,situps,leg lifts, etc

    also ran alot and played plenty of sport.

    gradually over time they have built up

    im 14 now and have washboard abs

    it helps in the long run for in the summer it looks good it helps playing sport gettin the ladies lol

    my point of view is work hard keep comitted dont try and do these regimes off the internet they are just taking your money you are better off going the gym or doing  excersises at home for they do work aswell

  3. It's not a "fast" process. It happens over a long time. also dont but any silly exercise things that you see advertised on television...crunches, pushups and situps are free and work better than the things on infomercials.. if you are already skinny but dont have abs then just do abdominal exercises but if ur fat in the stomach u need to do aerobic exercise also

  5. everybody has a "6 pack," as everyone has the abdominal muscles that make them. The problem is that most people have a layer (some a large layer) of fat covering these muscles. unfortunately, there is no way to lose fat on a specific part of your body. everybody puts fat down, and takes fat away from certain parts of the body at different ratios. while targeted exercises toward that region will increase muscle below the fat, they WILL NOT take the fat away (no matter what the info-mercials say). the best way to look and feel better is to start eating healthy and exercising (especially aerobic exercise). Fat will come off the entire body, which means from the stomach too!
