Drink lotsss of water, tea, beer etc. and run a lot! Don't eat a lot, it's stored in fat cells, so you wanna burn 'em off.

if you go to a head shop you can get this stuff  called 420 cleanser, but it turns your pee orange for about a day. It works the best, but it is also expensive.

If you cant afford it, you should drink a combination of cranberry juice and water... and work out.
