Fastest way to lose my sanity?

Half the time I can't tell what's real from what's not. I don't care anymore! I've decided, **** it all. I'm tired, I'm only 15, but I'm tired. I want to go insane, now someone help me with it.

  1. Or take a nap?

    Meh, you can't force insanity (people have tried, usually arty types. The just look rather stupid and pretentious). If your going to go insane, it will happen. If not, put up with what you have. In the meantime, I would suggest doing to peer-reviewed reading, because whatever book gave you the idea insanity is not tiring and more fun that normality was looking at the minority of cases. A few people have found this, maybe. But mostly... well, one of the criteria for a disorder is causing distress to the individual.  


  2. You can control some of the outside problems. Start by eating only healthy food, cut out sugar, caffiene and highly processed foods(fast foods). Go for several walks a day. Breathe. Take deep breathes and be aware of getting fresh air in your lungs.Stretch. Just a couple slow body stretches.Keep your words simple and kind. You can't control other people but you can be thoughtful to others. Have some goals for each day. Write them down and hold yourself accountable to them. Do some work. Clean up, inside and outside. Get busy and tired.  

  3. Hi, just don't think too much on reality. Remember we're all just 'dots' like on a map, going where and doing what we are directed to. The state of reality is made up as we function "in the now". Think about it, are we in control all the time? No. What controls us? Actions by us and others. So reality is what you make it to be, CAUSE & AFFECT. The rest is easy. Believe in God with your whole heart, and you'll never feel alone! tc!gb!  

  4. Start dating a mentally and emotionally unstable person.Then buy a couple of straitjackets.

  5. take it easy man. Why do ya have to know what is real and whats not. Just dont give a d**n about that. Its the same way you have decided to become insane. If it doesnt work out, tell us whats the problem is. Good luck friend

  6. Don't give you on yourself!!.. You're going to a lot hormones changing.. Try to read about the hormones effect on teenager years. Hormones do have effects on this emotions changes appetite/ depression/ confusion / disconnect from reality/ felling of rejection. For some of us like myself it can be intense them other around us.. Hold tight in there it should pass!.. If I made it through I don't see not reason why you wouldn't
