Fastest way to lose weight??

ive looked online and havent found anything! i mean, ive found a few but they all look way too fake and u have to buy a whole bunch of stuff.

im looking for like at home ways that help you lose weight (10lb-40lb) fast. not fast like overnight, but maybe in a month? or less?

any ideas & answers would be greatly appreciated!!

  2. Diet and exercise is the most healthiest way, but it also takes time. There are diet pills but they are bad for you. Stay away from food that have a lot of carbohydrates since it makes fat and also stay away from saturated fat. Also the FX machine in the health club is amazing for a good workout and losing weight.

  4. What's your age?, that's as important as the height and weight you provided.

    Your height is 162 cm. and you weighted 86.18 kg.

    BMI=86.18/(1.62)^2 = 32.83 <== That is "Obese"

    And you're asking to lose between 4.5 and 18 kg. (10-40 pounds)

    That is a lot of weight you're trying to lose in the matter of a month. Unless you've gained that weight in a short time, it will not be easy to lose that much weight while maintaining a normal lifestyle. I'd bet that your metabolism level has gone down a great deal.
