I started vegetarian in last April, and started vegan just last week. Will my stomach fat gradually reduce?

What type of food I should avoid to speed up the reduce rate of my stomach fat?

  1. Avoid white bread, white pasta and fried foods and exercise!  Increase veggies.

  3. I've been told that stomach fat comes from carbs.  Has your diet been carb heavy?  Rice, potatoes, sugar etc.
