Fat and Ideal or Slim and Inexperienced?

Question

As an employer which of these two candidates would you employ? The fat one is considerably overweight but has excellent sick record and references and is intelligent flexible and experienced, the other has little experience, less intelligent adequate references but is an average weight for height.

slim and inexperienced.you can always train him/her and looks is most important in buisness!

I would choose smart over stupid any day of the week. I would not care what package they come in.
