Hello dear community,
I am 160cm tall, and weigh 47KG.I was once very thick but 10KG took off and moves to shrink my stomach.
My face and upper body looks musculus and thin but I have a small packs. You can see little my ribs... but I'm not too thin!
From Monday to Friday I always sports (jog and boxes) only it will not get better.
Okay according to my psychotherapist, I should hold and it would then "grow out"...
But this I can tell anything!
How do I get off my belly, or how can I convert my fat to muscle?
