Fat burning!! Please help!! ?

Okay. i lost a lot of weight a year ago and i want help losing some more because i'm still not quite happy with my weight. Also, i still have some leg fat and i really want to loose it!!

so this is what i want to know

1. some ideas for how to loose more weight (if u used the teqnique, tell me your story please!!)

2. How can i loose the fat on my legs??!

  1. do lots of cardio walk, run, jump rope etc..  


  2. watch what you eat.  you have to eat less than you burn.

    don&#039;t eat meats and any time of fats.  skip burgers and fries.

    don&#039;t chicken skin.  Avoid soft drinks or energy drinks if you can.

    do lots of walking.  I bike 2 hours 3 times a week, and that keeps me lean.

  4. You can&#039;t target fat from specific areas. Your body decides where the fat will come off. Do a lot of cardio, moderately intense. It burns a lot of calories and really gets you in shape.  

  5. Very simple.. exercise and perform resistance training (weight lifting). You cannot diet your way to a good body, you HAVE to exercise.

  6. Any exercise that is aerobic will help with cardio and burn fat.

    I used to jog and I toned up so nicely that even my neighbor called from across the street saying she always wanted her legs to look like that.  But there are other exercises like swimming, brisk walking, basketball, bicycling, roller skating works nicely too, hiking up hills, clogging (or just plain dancing) Keep in mind these must be done on a regular basis everyday or every-other-day.  And using a stepper is difficult, but fast.  I lost an inch per month!

  8. it is lose,not loose...try interval training and pilates for leg fat...you have to eat healthy and workout often for life so that the weight doesnt go up again...

  9. you need to do cardio-vascular workouts, and to burn some extra fat use heated water:

    (but don`t get burned, OK?) what you can do is heat water in the microwave and pour it on a towel and wrap it around your legs for 5 minutes every day, this will make your fat go away.


  10. All I do is walk or run for about 3-5 days then I rest and walk/jog again. You&#039;ll burn fat from your legs, in my opinion, easy. Why? walking/jogging is far the best exercise to do and lose weight and keep it that way. It works the whole body especially the legs! Again, I recommend walking or jogging  in your free time for the least 2 hours (I go at it for four hours sometimes ;)

    Well good luck, Listen to your ipod or mp3 player while jogging to keep you entertained with your tunes. And eat before you walk/jog and give yourself about 2 hours the minimum before going out exercising. (You may want to take a towel, since you sweat and sweat means your burning fat. Unless your in a gym well hey, even better. Nothing beats jogging outdoors though :)
