i weigh 107 pounds and don't think I'm way too thin, or bony because im not. very thick, especially around the thigh and butt area.

I eat healthy, always a good breakfast a decent lunch and dinner, rarely a snack. And i exercise EVERY DAY, normally for 2 hours.

no matter how much i devote myself the fat doesnt come off...i do cardio, but it really discourages me.

what to do?

  1. I recommend you to run every day .. for 30 minutes ... because it moves all your muscles .. what you are doing is great ... visit this blog and you'll find some helpful eating tips and information  http://flat-stomach-tummy.blogspot.com and a lot of exercises you can do at home

but there is one thing .. that you may visit a doctor just to make sure that this is not happening because of some gland hormones or something like that!

    good luck

  2. You're a woman.  You are supposed to have some fat.  Women are gentically made to have it.  Mother nature needs you to carry and take care of your young.  You can't undo all of that evolution.  You are not obese.  Just enjoy being a woman.  You body was made to do womanly things.  It can't contend with fads and modern expectations very well.

  3. Well if your body shape is not changing then its obvious your not doing the right things.

First off, are you eating carbs? By eating carbs your telling your body to store fat and to not use fat for energy. It sounds like you need to gain more muscle to me, so you need to start eating ALOT of protein.

What exercise are you doing? doing the same repetitive exercise like cardio (running) your body eats inself including muscle. As it goes into survival mode.

Your best bet is to do resistance training or short sharp burst of exercise. Resistance training keeps your metabolism up for 48hours.

  4. well maybe there IS NO FAT to get rid of.

107 is light enough for anyone. i'm guessing your over 12 so your def at least normal and don't need to lose anything.
