Father naturalized before 18 but out of US?

my father was naturalized when I was 7 but the problem is he did not claim me in his list of his kids since I was born with his second wife, now I am here in US on working visa, is there a way that my father can add me in his list??im over 18 now..

  1. Nope, its too late. He will need to petition for you to get a green card. If you had a green card at that time you would automatically become a US citizen.


  2. Since immediate citizenship isn't in the cards, the real question for now, is are you over 21? If he filed a petition for you and you're under 21, the petition would be an IR-2 and would be valid as soon as it's approved. If you're over 21, it would be an F1 and would take 6 years before it was valid for use, assuming of course, he's interested in filing for  you.
