Fathers Rights - Child Support?

What are the fathers rights concerning child support payments? How come no matter what I do child support court makes me feel like a second class citizen? Does anyone know what fathers rights are with child support? Or am I just a wallet?

Well, you were in court when the decisions were made. You have visitation. As far as child support "rights", you get to support your child. Most child support does not cover the cost of raising a child.

You have a right and a duty to provide for a child that you helped bring into this world. Perhaps if you viewed it that way you would no longer have a problem with the court.

There are no fathers rights when it comes to child support. The only thing you can do is take control away from the government by legally ending your child support obligation. This way you can decide as a parent the proper amount to spend on your child, not some government employee.
