Fathers day and my unborn baby?

Im wanting some ideas on what to do for my partner for fathers day this year our baby won't be born but i think he deserves something special for the day. i was hoping to have scan photos to frame but i wont have them till the week after and our previous scans were really early and the baby is muchly like a blob rather then anything so i dont want to use them. can anyone suggest anything cute and creative i want it to be special for him.

She might live some where like New Zealand where Fathers day is in September.

I bought a photo frame that said I LOVE DADDY on it and put a scan photo in it for him. I know you wont have the photo until the week after but you could get the frame for the day and put the photo in later, its so cute and he loved it!!!
