  1. yeah as above careful with the whole diet thing when your 13 since you're growing. if you are not eating properly and overexcersing you can mess with your whole growing thing you've got going on (and really being short is like the worst thing when you don't want to look fat)

erm, crunches. there is also this yoga move where you stand with your feet shoulder width apart and move your right arm down your right leg and try and touch just beyond your knee and then slide it back up your side and like reach for the ceiling. doing this with weights helps more. this should help make your waist smaller. also do these things where standing in the same position strech your arms out so they are paralell to the floor and like reach out to each side without moving so you are using your middle to move from side to side(make sense?). also do the stomach planks (they are hard but really worth it). it is balancing on your elbows and your toes, while keeping your body in a straight line off the floor (so you are basically holding yourself up on elbows and toes and keeping your stomach locked)

  2. talk to you doctor before u decide to lose weight, a lot of people view themselves as fat when they aren't fat look up the average weight for your age and height,

  3. itll go away when u grow

  4. For lower stomach, crunches work great. Lie down on like your bed or something but make sure your knees are aligned with the edge of the bed. Pick your neck up a little bit and put your hands on the back of your neck  so that you don't strain it during the crunches. Make sure you can hold your neck up steadily. Now clench the legs together tightly and put them in the air (they have to be straight or it won't work) so bring the legs up and down in the air (to your stomach, then back to the edge of the bed. Keep doing that. And when you're legs do go back to the edge of the bed, don't completely let go of them. Hold them up still). So that's pretty much it. Do twenty in a row then take a break. It's supposed to hurt, but it will definitely flatten your stomach.

ALSO, your diet counts. Say goodbye to soda, gatorade, any sugar drinks. Water is your new best friend. I know it's hard to not have any flavored drinks but the truth is, water is the healthiest drink there is (yes, more healthy than milk!). When you're eating your meals, eat HALF of what you would normally have. Snack on fruits in between your meals, but not directly after (because then your body is overwhelmed with food and stores the fruit as fat. Give it time to digest your meal, THEN have a snack.) Chips, cookies, ice cream, cake, chocolate, candy, pastries... don't have them. It's hard to say no to them but they really aren't healthy, and they're very high in calorie-count. When you're thinking "well... if I have one cookie/chip/etc, it won't hurt" stop thinking that because it WILL hurt your body later. That's pretty much all.

  5. Listen i had the Same problem when i was fat. i got down to a respectable weight. and i still had the bottom abs under the belly a little flabby and with fat. The way i got rid of it, was 2 things, Diet + Weight training.

I would eat a lean protien( Turkey, chicken, eggs) with every meal. i had 6 meals a day to speed up my metabolism. also first 3 meals had slow digestin carbs( Oatmeal, Brown rice, Wheat bread, etc) last 3 meals only had protien\ good fats( peanut butter, olive oil) and fibrious carbs( vegetables).

I did lower and upper ab exercises, every other day. With weight training. I also did 20 min of interval cardio after every weight training season. run fast as u can for 1 min walk 3 min  5 min cool down and warm up before.

Good luck on your quest to become happy with yourself. Just remember rome wasnt built in one day. Wait for the results and dont quit it will happen.

  6. It sounds like you have the little "pot belly" like I do, right on the lower part of the stomach. I don't have any answers to lose it, but if you're concerned about weight, eat healthy and get some exercise. If you're a snacky person, eat fruits - they're so good, and good for you!
