Faucet handle frozen to stem after removing the s***w. Calcium and time have caused this. How to remove??

If you have a pair of channelock pliers you can use them to gently rock the handle off.  You may want to tape the jaws to prevent damage to the handle.

Go to a hardware store & buy a faucet handle puller.

the handle pullers work great, if you have a lubricant such as hilcolube or wd-40 i would try amd spraying this on the handle you will have a better chance of pulling it off

Lowes and HD sell handle pullers for less than $10. Like a bearing puller but made for faucet handles.
