Faulty Oven

Have a Belling Synergie Multifunction Oven and think the thermostat is faulty in the main oven Model Number 492ss Serial Number 37101751
Heats up to the hottest temperature and will not click off the orange light stays on as well. Finding it impossible to locate the correct thermostat can you shed some light on this
