I have a 03 Vauxhall Astra 1700 Diesel (Y 17 DT). I bought a timing belt kit and replaced the belt. I set up as described, tensioning as described. I noticed that the belt moved off the tensioner pulley about 1/4" when engine crank turned clockwise. Fitted and started and all well except rubbing of timing belt on engine mount due to this 1/4" riding off the tensioner pulley.Have you any thoughts?
