Grilled Chicken Club (I like grilled chicken and the sandwich is good)

Fruit and Yogurt Pafait (I like the taste of the yogurt, but I would like the parfait even better if the fruit wasn't frozen half the time)

Egg McMuffin (compared to the breakfast sandwiches you can buy in the grocery store, these things can be considered healthy...I bought some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches for my Dad and they have 40 grams of fat in one!  At least the Egg McMuffins only have I think 13 grams of fat.)

I would say a double cheese burger meal with fries and some iced tea. I also take a side salad and a parfait.

I like it cuz it taste good and even though the burger is full of calories, the salad and pairfait help.:)
