Mine are Mushishi, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal, Monster, and Great Teacher Onizuka~ all great series ^^

Mine would probably be The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Second place would probably be a tie between Haibane Renmei and Death Note...hmm, and third place would go to Full Metal Alchemist, Asatte No Houkou, Ouran Host Club and xxxHOLiC. ^^;
