I'd have to go with Chief Wiggum... he's hilarious. He always thinks he has everything under controll but he acually has no clue whats going on. Like in the Simpsons Movie some guys are about to dump a body in the lake and he says no dumbing in the lake! ummmm it's hedge clippings.. oh ok!   Umm hey chief, I think that was a body. No no no... Tough one.  I'd have to say either Bart or Homer cause they are very funny and can be wacky alot of the time.  But mainly all of the simpsons characters are funny to me, lol.
