I like the chocolate rice crispy ones......but the healthiest are the ones with no added sugar and all natural ingredients like Gillian McKeith's or Raw food bars.

The healthiest one I have found is the Alpen Light bar, but the tastiest has to be the Green and Black's seed and nut bar.  On the other hand the Eat natural's fruit and nut bars are healthy in that they contain no additives at all and are gorgeous.  Fairly high in calories due to the fruit and nut content, but worth it.
