  1. First of all, when it comes to milk, pasteurized milk is just not healthy.

    I really like chocolate Nutrimeal with 4 ice cubes and half a glass of water blended until smooth. Sometimes I add a frozen banana.


  2. Blueberries, banana, milk (to cover - or more if you like a thinner smoothie), yoghurt (any flavour, but blueberry is greatest!), a tablespoon of honey (adjust according to the ripeness of the banana) and a tablespoon of wheat germ.

    Whizz it in the blender.  On a hot day, serve it in a glass chilled in the freezer.

    MMMMmmMMmMmmmmm...
