    He played his entire career with my favorite team (The Mariners). He played my favorite position (3rd base) before he became a DH. He was a great all-around hitter. And he had the most famous hit in Mariner history: A double to score Ken Griffey Jr from 1st, to win game 5 of the Wild-card series against the Yankees in 1995. Ask any Mariners fan who is old enough to remember, and they can tell you about it. Even the youngest fans probably know all about it because its always on the highlights her in the Seattle area.
