Most chinese food is great, depending on where you get it. If it's at a local chinese restaurant that fries pretty much everything in fat, then I won't eat that much of it. I like to buy the ingredients myself and make homemade chinese or even japanese, thai or viatnamese dishes. The chinese usually put in fresh vegetables and chicken that they cut up in front of you at the food markets in China. You can see them cut and clean the chicken out. All the organs. Yeah. I just love the way they make the food so simple, but all of it tastes superb.

Italian food is probably the easiest for most people to get at the grocery store. You know, spaghetti, meatballs, lasagna, any pasta, parmesano cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza, etc. It's also pretty cheap, which I like. The Italians always use fresh herbs and vegetables and have come up with incredible spices and definiteley good wines. Now, I don't drink wine, and I've never had wine before. So I can't give you my opinion on that.

Indian food. I've never had it.

American meaning hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, gumbo, chili, all the good stuff. Classic american dishes. Well, I lived in the south for a while in Killeen, Texas. Boy did I eat a LOT of chili while I was living down there! I love it how there is sooooo many ways you can customize a chili recipe to become your own. I've even heard of Smoked Salmon Chili. Hamburgers and hot dogs are definiteley American Classics. Although different countries around the world have made different styles of hamburgers. Asian countries put many different things in their burgers including squid, pork, tofu, and shrimp. They use rice buns instead of the buns we use here. People may be used to getting hamburgers from McDonald's, Wendy's, or Burger King. Hot dogs are a classic as well. You probably know half the stuff I'm talking about too, but hey there's probably some cool facts in here you may not know.. :D

Mexican food is great too from Tacos to refried beans and enchiladas to fish tacos. Quesadillas are  great too. I love spicy food too.
