Two places come to mind New Zealand's south island and the Grand Canyon in the USA both have spectacular scenery  and i would go and see them both in a heartbeat

Bali. Beautiful beaches, awesome mountains. Kind people, exotic foods, smells, animals, shopping, low cost once there. Just gorgeous. A once in a lifetime kind of place, but once isn't enough! Ahhh... you make me want to go again!

Nepal.  It's so beautiful and aweinspiring.  Your head will never be clearer than when you're in the mountains with no electricity or the peripheral rubbish we're bombarded with every day.  I've been twice and dream about it a lot and can't wait till the kids are old enough to go as well.
