I am a Yankee fan so none of those teams are my favorite. However, if that is how the playoffs turn out and my Yanks don't make it, I will be rooting for the Rays. It will be interesting to see how far they can go.

Well... I would have said the Angels, but then they acquired Mark Teixeira, and I really wouldn't want him to get a World Series ring before... say... Someone like Michael Young who could have gotten bigger offers elsewher but stayed with the Rangers.

Honestly, I was for the Red Sox all the way in '04, but now they've won already.

So... I'd have to say the Rays for the AL, because they were such a surprise.

And for the NL, the Cubs, the loveable (hopefully not for much longer) losers.

Out of the teams you picked, I am going with Tampa. My team is the Orioles and I stick with the AFC East but I am getting sick of seeing Boston and New York every year, plus the Rays have been bad for so long it's nice that they are doing well.
