i like edward because he is so loving and caring to bella and doesnt want to hurt her, he just wants the best for her (except in the last book when shes a vampire and stronger than him)

Jacob Black.

Edward is to mean. He doesn't let Bella really live, even though he says he wants her to do everything while she's human. He doesn't even let her see Jacob when he goes away to hunt (In one of the books), he has Alice lock her in his house... And he's rather abusive...

He has Emmett hold her down in the car, while they're running away from James, against her wishes, she said that she didn't want Bella to get hurt,  but wouldn't it have hurt her if Charlie died too? There is so much that is wrong with him.

Rosalie Hale or Jane cuz she's one cool chick. To the ppl who think Rose is yuck in BD - I agree, but you have to admit that Bella would do the same for Rosalie (this is Leah, not me, ok) if she was in that situation. Rose wasn't hoping Bella died, she was just willing to take the baby if she did. And even after that Rose likes Bella, which makes her an angel in my book, since Bella's such a whiner. I would like Alice, but sometimes she's so pushy.

PS One thing that bothered me about all 3 books, besides the stuff I don't like, is the lack of strong female friendships. The girls just hang around their bfs 24/7. No real girl parties or anything. I would like it if there was a girly clique where they could go if they were bored. It would help balance Bella's psychotic over-dependency on Edward.
