because hes smart and a lot like Light (death note) a villain and a hero

Lelouch because he is the only cool male character in the series so far. The others such as Rolo or Suzaku just aren't cool. Lelouch is awesome and he acts really cool as well.

My favorite female character is cecile but she doesn't show up often so that's why I chose Lelouch over her, but if she played a more pivital role in the series, I might actually have her as my favorite character.
