My would have to be Colorado Buffalos.I kno there still rebuilding under Dan Hawkins and havent really been great but there on the rise.They beat BCS team Oklahoma last season which showed a great sign of things to come.Dan has his son Cody Hawkins at qb so I dont kno how well thats gonna work out but he isnt bad.Even though i had wished they kept gary barrnet who even though had all the scandals always had a good team.If you could recall them winning the the big 12 in back to back season.And going to the big 12 championship 4 out of 6 years? thats not bad at all.And always seem to produce very good running backs.
