Wendy's makes the best frosties! By them! Any flavor is good. They only have chocolate and vanilla.

In'n'Out by far the best.  When I went to where they actually have In'n'Out's their shakes were the best.  I like vanilla and chocolate the best

because at the time of posting this, i was with my drinking buddy Dave,  i was this close to submitting 'local breastfeeding clinic' as an answer -  HOWEVER, because im a year and a half older than our Dave,  and somewhat maturer - i refrained from using that as my answer.

hmm. right. let me think.   its probably a milkshake I have at this amazing fine dining restraunt,  its border line 'fine dining/affordable'  as it offers way too many dishes , deserts, cold beverages, drinks etc - everybody of varying socio economical backgroudns can go to this place and come out feeling satisfied, the food there is GORGEOUS - i had a roast lamb meal there and it was beautiful - on another occasion i had a mikshake made of 4 layers, with grated nuts on the top or something - god it was 'heaven'.  i had to eat layer 2 with a spoon and then sip layer 3 and then knock back the alcoholic portion at the bottom which was the last layer, it was out of this world.

this is not really a fast food place but they make the best smoothies in the world its called freshly squeezed(get the banana strawberry) trust me their amazing but for the fast food places.....its all fat and c**p....dont buy a milkshake where they deep fry food...!!

Chili's, makes a killer thick awesome milkshake. Plus it is so big, they give you the mixing can, so when you have more room in your glass, you can pour the rest in.
