Favorite kind of court shoes?

im a girl (seze nine feet) i need a pair of good court shoes for vball adn badminton. any suggestions?

If you read some reviews online, lots of badminton players bought Mizuno volleyball shoes because they were cheaper than Yonex but works the same (as they claimed).

I personally like Mizuno volleyball shoes (Wave Tornado, more on "strength"); If you want more on "speed", there is another one called Wave Lightening that is about $10 cheaper.

The major advantage of these shoes is that they provide lots of lateral support, and protect your toes better.

Any kind of running shoes work for me. Basketball shoes are too bulky. When I look for vb shoes, I just get the lightest ones that give me the most traction.

I always used adidas low top tennis and or basketball shoes. They gave me support but were light and not bulky. My coach said they looked like cheerleading shoes, but he was kind of a jerk. Anyway, anything that has a flat gripping bottom and good arch and ankle support is a good idea.

My brand of court shoes I have are Nike. In my opinion Nike is an all around exceptional brand. I have Women's All Court V-ball shoes. So those would probably work for your badminton too. Hope this helps!! :P

Asics and Mizuno. These brands each have a SPECIAL catagory just for volleyball. I have Mizunos and they have great floor grip, so I am sure you can use them in badmiton.

Mizuno Wave Spike 10 are the best. They are comfortable and don't have along break-in period.
